Latest Agreement Update Date: August 5, 2026
This Agreement is concluded between Users and HoneyShort (Operator: Hong Kong Brave Heart Culture and Technology Co., Limited) concerning the top-up services provided via the HoneyShort Platform.
"HoneyShort" means Hong Kong Brave Heart Culture and Technology Co., Limited together with all its subordinate operating entities.
"User" means any natural person who accesses and uses various services on the HoneyShort Platform.
1.1 HoneyShort provides online top-up services (hereinafter referred to as the "Top-up Services") to Users in accordance with this Agreement and the Platform's operating rules updated from time to time. Prior to initiating a top-up transaction, Users must fully read and accept all terms of this Agreement and complete relevant operations following on-page instructions.
1.2 This Agreement incorporates the full contents of the HoneyShort Registered User Service Agreement. Upon its effectiveness, the aforementioned agreement shall form an integral part of this Agreement, and Users shall strictly comply with both documents collectively.
1.3 Any continued top-up operation performed by Users after reading this Agreement shall constitute full acceptance of all clauses herein. HoneyShort reserves the right to revise this Agreement, and revised provisions will be posted on corresponding business pages. If Users disagree with this Agreement or any subsequent revised version, Users shall immediately cease all use of HoneyShort services.
2.1 The services governed by this Agreement refer exclusively to HoneyShort Platform top-up services. HoneyShort maintains official top-up channels, through which Users may purchase virtual goods and value-added services on the Platform for themselves or third parties.
2.2 Tariffs for paid services including games and telecommunication value-added services are clearly displayed on corresponding pages. Users who do not accept the published pricing standards may choose not to subscribe to such paid items voluntarily.
2.3 Users acknowledge that HoneyShort only provides online platform services. Users shall bear all associated costs including hardware devices and network fees required to access the services.
3.1 Users must be the legal holders of the bound payment methods and warrant that payment activities will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
3.2 Users may only complete top-ups through official HoneyShort channels. HoneyShort shall not be liable for any losses incurred from top-ups conducted via unofficial channels or illegal means, and all such losses shall be borne solely by Users.
3.3 A displayed successful top-up status confirms the completion of the transaction. The Platform will not process refund or order modification applications unless the products/services become unavailable due to faults originating from the Platform side.
3.4 Users shall verify their personal account information carefully when topping up. Users shall be fully responsible for any losses caused by incorrect input, operational errors or misunderstandings on the User's part.
3.5 If Users breach the HoneyShort Registered User Service Agreement or any provisions hereof, HoneyShort reserves the right to suspend the User's account directly without paying any compensation to the User.
3.6 In the event of accounting discrepancies caused by malfunctions of the Platform's top-up system, the Platform will reconcile accounts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations after the User submits authentic account information and valid supporting documents.
3.7 Virtual products obtained by Users via official or authorized channels must be used in compliance with rules published by the Platform. No return or exchange service will be available once virtual items are issued.
3.8 Acquiring virtual assets through unofficial channels is strictly prohibited. The Platform may impose temporary or permanent account suspension if an account is involved in irregular top-ups, unauthorized card deductions or resale of virtual items. Virtual assets obtained from unofficial channels carry no legal force against HoneyShort, and the Platform reserves the unilateral right to reclaim relevant virtual products and terminate relevant services.
3.9 Users shall abide by all clauses of this Agreement. The Platform may suspend User accounts temporarily or permanently for any User breaches, with no obligation to provide any form of compensation.
4.1 HoneyShort shall not disclose or provide Users' personal data to third parties except under the circumstances stipulated in Clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
4.2 HoneyShort may engage third-party service providers to operate Platform businesses. The Platform may share necessary User data with such partners provided the partners implement equivalent standards for data security and privacy protection.
4.3 The Platform may conduct legitimate commercial data analysis on the overall user database on the premise of data anonymization without exposing any individual User's personal privacy. The Platform will continuously upgrade its security defense system but cannot guarantee absolute security of User data.
4.4 HoneyShort attaches great importance to User privacy and will adopt all necessary measures to protect User data. In case of any data leakage incident, the Platform will notify affected Users promptly and implement remedial and corrective measures without delay.
5.1 HoneyShort does not warrant the following matters: (1) Platform services fully meet Users' usage expectations; (2) Platform services operate perpetually without interruption, latency, security risks or malfunctions.
6.1 If temporary suspension of top-up services is required for system maintenance or version upgrades, HoneyShort will make reasonable efforts to notify Users via advance public announcements.
6.2 The Platform may suspend or terminate top-up services without prior notice to Users under either of the following conditions: (1) Personal materials submitted by Users contain false or inaccurate information; (2) Users violate any usage provisions specified in this Agreement.
6.3 Subject to the above provisions, HoneyShort reserves the right to suspend or terminate all or partial top-up services without prior notice, and shall not bear any legal liability for resulting losses suffered by Users or third parties.
6.4 The Platform will release advance notices for scheduled service suspension or interruption. Any compensation or alternative solutions for Users under such scenarios shall be determined at HoneyShort's sole discretion based on actual conditions. The Platform assumes no compensation obligations for emergency unplanned service shutdowns.
7.1 Users shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of HoneyShort and other Users. Users shall fully compensate for any economic losses incurred to the Platform or third parties if Users violate applicable laws, regulations or provisions of this Agreement.
8.1 All notices issued under this Agreement may be delivered via Platform announcements, emails or paper letters. A notice shall be deemed effectively delivered as of the date it is sent.
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between both Parties regarding top-up matters. No implied rights exist for either Party other than those explicitly granted herein.
9.2 If any clause of this Agreement is ruled partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain legally valid and binding upon both Parties.
9.3 Section headings are used solely for reading reference and classification purposes and carry no legal or contractual effect whatsoever.
These Rules serve as a supplementary agreement to the HoneyShort Membership Agreement and form an integral whole with the main agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and the main agreement, these Supplementary Rules shall prevail. By clicking subscribe, enabling and using the automatic membership renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Automatic Renewal Service"), you acknowledge and accept all terms of these Rules.
HoneyShort Subscription Memberships: Weekly Subscription Membership, Monthly Subscription Membership (collectively the "HoneyShort Subscription Memberships").
You hereby acknowledge and agree to all the following provisions:
1.1 Apple ID Subscription Channel
If automatic renewal is enabled via Apple ID and not actively cancelled within the current billing cycle, Apple will automatically deduct fees for the subsequent billing cycle 24 hours prior to membership expiry and extend the valid membership period in strict accordance with Apple's official mechanism. Users shall manage the balance of their bound accounts independently. Users shall bear all losses arising from failed renewals caused by insufficient balance or abnormal account status. The Platform will send payment deduction reminders via App push notifications and emails one day before each scheduled charge. Charges from orders not actively cancelled by Users within the subscription cycle are generally non-refundable. All refund applications are subject to review under Apple's official refund policies, and HoneyShort has no authority to interfere with Apple's refund judgements.
1.2 Google Play Subscription Channel
Where automatic renewal is activated via a Google Account without manual subscription cancellation, Google will automatically deduct renewal fees within 24 hours before membership expiry in accordance with Google's official terms. Users shall bear risks of failed renewals due to account anomalies or insufficient funds. The Platform will coordinate with Google to send deduction alerts through App push notifications and emails. After Users cancel their subscriptions, existing membership privileges remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. Deducted fees are only refundable under legally compliant circumstances specified by Google. Simply uninstalling the App will not terminate automatic Google charges; Users must manually cancel subscriptions in the Google subscription list.
Available cycles: One week, One month (subject to the actual display on the subscription page) for Users to select freely.
HoneyShort reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or remove the automatic renewal service. If price adjustments occur after automatic renewal is activated, the Platform will notify Users in advance via site messages, App push notifications and emails. Users who disagree with the new pricing may disable automatic renewal through specified paths; failure to cancel renewal shall be deemed acceptance of the adjusted price, and subsequent charges will apply the new rate. Cancellation operations performed within 24 hours prior to expiry may still result in the store deducting fees at the updated rate for the current cycle before terminating renewal. If automatic renewal is re-enabled after cancellation, charges will follow the price displayed on the page at the time of reactivation.
4.1 iOS (App Store)
- iOS 12 and above: Open App Store → Tap the avatar in the upper right corner → Account → Subscriptions → Select HoneyShort to complete cancellation
- iOS versions earlier than iOS 12: System Settings → iTunes Store & App Store → Apple ID → View Apple ID → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel HoneyShort subscription
4.2 Google Play (Android)
1. Mobile client: Open Google Play → Tap the avatar in the upper right corner → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Locate HoneyShort to cancel
2. Web portal: Log in to play.google.com and terminate HoneyShort automatic renewal on the subscription management page
Important Reminder: Uninstalling the App cannot stop automatic charges; users must manually cancel subscriptions in the Google subscription backend.
HoneyShort may unilaterally discontinue the automatic renewal service for individual Users based on its operational planning. Valid membership entitlements purchased by Users may be used normally until the expiry of the current billing cycle.
